Srinagar, Sept. 3 -- Divisional Commissioner (Div Com) Kashmir, Anshul Garg on Tuesday chaired a review meeting of Horticulture and Horticulture Marketing & Planning departments, to assess their functioning, implementation of schemes, and achievement of targets.
