Udhampur, April 10, April 11 -- The Jammu and Kashmir administration has initiated the enrolment process for a proposed scheme offering 200 units of free electricity per month to eligible households, with the Deputy Commissioner Udhampur issuing a circular directing officials to facilitate registrations.
