Tinsukia, Sep 7, Sept. 8 -- Acting on specific intelligence inputs, a formation of the Indian Army's Spear Corps, in close coordination with Assam Police, apprehended two suspected Over Ground Workers (OGWs) of the NSCN(IM) in Tinsukia district of Assam. According to security officials, the joint operation was launched on the basis of actionable intelligence regarding the activities of individuals allegedly linked to the insurgent outfit.
