Srinagar, April 5 -- The Traffic Police J&K, under the directions of the Inspector General of Traffic Police- J&K, have initiated an intensive enforcement drive against the illegal use of pressure horns across the Union Territory. In a handout issued today, the Traffic Police reiterated that Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, in its directions dated 10.12.2013 in SLP No. (C) 25237/2010 titled Abhay Singh VS State of Uttar Pradesh & Ors., has banned the use of all types of pressure horns.
