Srinagar, Aug 8, Aug. 8 -- Authorities have finalised elaborate arrangements for the mega Tiranga Rally from SKICC to the Botanical Garden on August 12 and the Independence Day celebrations at Bakshi Stadium.Principal Secretary Culture Department Brij Mohan Sharma and Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Anshul Garg jointly reviewed the preparations at the Tourist Reception Centre (TRC), directing departments to ensure vibrant, patriotic and well-coordinated events.Sharma called for innovative, theme-based arrangements along the rally route, including selfie points at SKICC and the Botanical Garden, with NCC volunteers deployed to assist participants.
