Srinagar, Sept. 24 -- The school bell rings, students rush towards the corridors, classrooms slowly become quiet, and the school day appears to be over. For many, this is the moment when a teacher's work ends. But behind the closed classroom door, there is often another part of the teaching day that nobody sees. The teacher who has just finished explaining a lesson is now checking notebooks, preparing for tomorrow, completing records, responding to messages, planning activities and thinking about the student who remained unusually quiet during the class.
