Srinagar, July 29, July 30 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Wednesday reviewed the progress of key digital governance initiatives, including the SVAMITVA Scheme, Digital Crop Survey, AgriStack integration and linking of land records with the Reserve Bank of India's Unified Lending Interface (ULI) to improve farmers' access to institutional credit.
