Srinagar, April 6, April 7 -- Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Akshay Labroo, visited Abhinandan Home Solina, Kashmir's oldest institution for specially-abled children, to inspect the Rs 9.90 crore state-of-the-art school building project for children with hearing and speech challenges. Accompanied by senior officials from R&B, Social Welfare, KPDCL, and the school, the DC reviewed ongoing construction, which will include classrooms, a principal's office, staff room, computer lab, library, gymnasium, indoor games court, therapy and medical rooms, washrooms, dormitory, and dining hall.Labroo stressed the importance of inter-departmental coordination to ensure timely completion without compromising quality.
