Srinagar, April 6, April 7 -- Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Akshay Labroo, visited Abhinandan Home Solina, Kashmir's oldest institution for specially-abled children, to inspect the Rs 9.90 crore state-of-the-art school building project for children with hearing and speech challenges.
