Jammu, March 28, March 29 -- Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly, Abdul Rahim Rather on Saturday chaired the High Level Apex Committee (HLAC) meeting at Assembly Complex here to review and accelerate the implementation of the National e-Vidhan Application (NeVA) project in J&K Legislative Assembly.
