Jammu, March 30, March 31 -- Speaker Legislative Assembly Abdul Rahim Rather on Monday issued a notification outlining the schedule for elections to the three financial committees of the House, with each panel to comprise 11 members. The election process, conducted under the principle of proportional representation through a single transferable vote, will see nominations accepted until April 4, according to an official order.The notification states that scrutiny of nominations will take place on April 6, while the last date for withdrawal of candidature is April 8.
