Srinagar, Oct 15, Oct. 16 -- For the second consecutive day, light snowfall was reported in the higher reaches of Kashmir on Thursday, while rainfall lashed several parts of the plains, bringing a chill to the region. Officials said snowfall was reported at Sinthan Pass, the Mughal Road, higher reaches of Kupwara, Gurez and Tulail in Bandipora, and along the Zojila-Gumri axis.
