Srinagar, Oct 21, Oct. 22 -- Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, Dr. Basharat Qayoom, today inspected the Achan landfill site and took stock of ongoing solid waste management operations, including the bio-remediation of legacy waste, functioning of the Leachate Treatment Plant, operations at the Construction and Demolition (C&D) Waste Processing Plant, and measures for fumigation and odour control management.
