Srinagar, April 29, April 29 -- Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) has issued a Notice Inviting Offer (NIO No. 01 of 2026) for the allotment of built-up shops and office halls at the Habba-Khatoon Commercial Complex, Parimpora, through an online e-auction on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal.The auction will be conducted on an "as is where is" basis to facilitate the commercial utilization of municipal property.
