Srinagar, Sept. 4 -- When we hear the words "smart city", our imagination often goes towards Srinagar. We think about smart roads, surveillance cameras, intelligent traffic systems, digital services, public Wi-Fi and modern infrastructure. But from my perspective as a technology student from Kupwara, the idea of a smart city needs to be much bigger than what we see in the major urban centres.Kashmir cannot become digitally smart if the benefits of technology remain concentrated in a few places.I have experienced this difference myself.
