Srinagar, Sep 21, Sept. 21 -- The seven-sitting autumn session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly commenced in Srinagar on Monday and will continue till September 30. The opening proceedings will begin with obituary references to former ministers Dr Sheikh Mustafa Kamal, Dharam Paul and Ghulam Hassan Khan. This will be followed by Question Hour and the announcement of the Panel of Chairmen by Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather. Justice Hasnain Masoodi, who heads the House Committee constituted to examine alleged irregularities in the implementation of the Jal Jeevan Mission in Jammu and Kashmir, is scheduled to table the committee's report.
