Srinagar, Nov. 8 -- In a coordinated intelligence-driven operation, the Indian Army, Jammu and Kashmir Police, and Border Security Force successfully intercepted a narcotics smuggling attempt in Tangdhar, Kupwara. Acting on information received from Police Station Taad, security forces conducted a search operation in Hajitra village. During the operation, a concealed package containing approximately 800 grams of a brown solid substance, suspected to be high-grade heroin, was recovered from the residence of Mohd Shafi Sheikh in Sheikh Mohalla, Ward No. 1.
