Jammu, Mar 30, March 31 -- Jammu Kashmir Lok Bhavan on Monday celebrated the Rajasthan Foundation Day, at Jammu. The cultural evening also commemorates the celebrations of Odisha Day 'Utkala Dibasa' which will be observed on 1st April.
