Srinagar, Aug. 8 -- Railways have never been merely about tracks and trains. In Jammu and Kashmir, they are becoming instruments of economic transformation, social connectivity and strategic integration. The Centre's decision to push ahead with surveys for key railway projects signals that the railway story of J&K is entering a new phase.
