Anantnag, Oct 6, Oct. 6 -- Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag has initiated disciplinary action against students allegedly involved in a ragging incident reported at the institution's Boys Hostel. According to an official order, the incident occurred during the intervening night of September 28 and 29, 2026, following which a report was received by the office of the Principal, GMC Anantnag. The Anti-Ragging Committee of GMC Anantnag took up the matter and conducted a detailed and impartial inquiry, providing all concerned parties an opportunity to present their statements.
