Imphal, Sep 20, Sept. 21 -- The Indian Army and Assam Rifles formations under Spear Corps have stepped up efforts to promote women's empowerment and sustainable livelihoods in Manipur through Project PRANITA, an initiative aimed at enhancing skills and creating employment opportunities for women from local communities. Under the initiative, women have been selected for specialised skill development training in collaboration with Marriott International and the UNAU Skill Development Centre.
