Police attaches drug properties in Srinagar
Srinagar, July 17, July 18 -- Srinagar Police on Thursday attached four immovable properties valued at Rs.3.34 crore in connection with NDPS cases, as part of the ongoing _Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan 100 Days Campaign. The police said that the properties were attached by Police Station Safakadal under Section 68F of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Police said these assets were identified as proceeds of narcotics trafficking and had been illegally acquired.A three-storey residential house at Nawakadal worth Rs.1.19 crore, belonging to Adnan Lateef Sheikh of Braripora.
