Parents in Kashmir Seek 10 AM School Timings Amid Fall in Temperatures
Srinagar, Oct 5, Oct. 5 -- With temperatures dropping and mornings turning increasingly chilly across Kashmir, parents have urged the School Education Department to revise the existing school schedule and shift the start of classes from 9 am to 10 am. Parents said the colder morning conditions are making it difficult for younger students to leave home early and reach their schools on time. They believe a later start would provide some relief to children as the weather continues to change and temperatures decline.
