Jammu, Sep 24, Sept. 25 -- Months after the notification of the operational rules by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in May this year, the National Sports Governance Act and the National Sports Tribunal Act are yet to see implementation on the ground in Jammu and Kashmir.
