Srinagar, Aug. 29 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday said he will sit with officials to assess what measures were taken after the devastating 2014 floods, cautioning that even two days of heavy rainfall had brought the Valley close to a major crisis."Allah saved us this time. If it had rained for another day or two, we would have faced a lot of difficulty. The water has started to recede now, though it takes more time here than in Jammu.
