Nowgam, Mar 4, March 5 -- Residents of Nowgam are facing significant hardships as frequent power outages disrupt daily life during the holy month of Ramadan, particularly during Iftar and Sahri. Local residents reported that electricity cuts lasting several hours have affected households, making it difficult to prepare meals on time for breaking fast and early morning Sahri.
