Kohima , Oct 31, Nov. 1 -- As part of the Field Orientation & Border Attachment Program, trainee and student officers of the 55th Batch of the North East Police Academy (NEPA) visited several Assam Rifles units under SpearCorps in Nagaland, including Kiphire, Phek, Meluri, and Ziphu. The visit provided a unique opportunity for the officers to gain firsthand exposure to the operational environment along the sensitive border regions. During the program, the trainees were extensively briefed on the operational preparedness, administrative functioning, and logistical coordination of Assam Rifles units.
