Srinagar, March 17, March 18 -- A Navy Marine Commando (MARCOS) sustained critical injuries after falling into the Jhelum River during a search operation in north Kashmir's Baramulla district on Tuesday. The injured commando was part of a joint team comprising Navy personnel, State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) Baramulla and J&K police that had resumed a search operation at Chandanwari Boniyar.A middle-aged woman identified as a resident of Lagama Uri, jumped into the river from a wooden footbridge at Chandanwari in Uri.
