Srinagar, May 16, May 17 -- National Referee & Jury Course organised by the Indian Pencak Silat Federation commenced today at the Sher-i-Kashmir Indoor Sports Complex amidst an enthusiastic gathering of sports officials, coaches, referees, and martial arts enthusiasts from across the country.
