Srinagar, July 8, July 9 -- The Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, Branch MSME-DFO Srinagar, organised a Capacity Building Programme on Branding and Marketing under the PM Vishwakarma Scheme at Kashmir Government Polytechnic College, Srinagar, exclusively for registered PM Vishwakarma artisans.
