Srinagar, Aug. 6 -- Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (M), J&K Dr. Arvind Karwani, accompanied by Deputy Commissioner (Relief) Vijay Kumar Sharma, CAO (Relief) Shiwani Bhan and senior officers from the Regional Offices of NHPC Jammu and NBCC, visited the Mata Bhadrakali Temple complex located on the banks of the Nikki Tawi river in Thalwal, Jammu to assess on-site requirements for its development as a heritage complex.The Office of the Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (M), J&K, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with NHPC for the development of the Bhadrakali Temple as a Cultural Heritage Centre under NHPC's Corporate Social Responsibility programme.
