Srinagar, Sep 9, Sept. 10 -- The Apex Committee of Mission YUVA (Youth Upliftment and Vibrant Advancement), chaired by Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, on Tuesday reviewed the progress of the flagship youth empowerment initiative, with focus on strengthening entrepreneurship, skills, finance and digital market access across Jammu and Kashmir.
