Srinagar, Sep 3, Sept. 4 -- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Thursday directed the administration to ensure the swift, thorough and legally sound disposal of grievances concerning migrant properties, while strengthening technology-based mechanisms to protect such assets across the Kashmir Division.
