Srinagar, Feb. 25 -- Renowned Urdu poet Pandit Brij Narayan Chakbast defines life in the following words:Zindagi kya hai? Anasir mein Zahur e tarteebMaut kya hai? Inhi ajza ka pireshan hona. (What is life? It is nothing but the appearance of elements in a systematic sequence. And what is life? Dispersion of these same elements.)This appears to be one of the best and most appropriately expressed meanings in a poetic form. Even Khan Hasnain Aaqib penned a couplet:Zindagi apne liye jaise izafi ungliZindagi tujh ko azeez aise, Mahajan ko sood.(For me, life is an extra (sixth) finger which is mostly of no use and looks ugly.
