Srinagar, Feb. 26 -- Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha on Thursday addressed the 21st Convocation of University of Kashmir. The convocation ceremony was graced by Hon'ble Vice President of India, Shri C.P. Radhakrishnan. The Lieutenant Governor extended his best wishes to all graduating students for a prosperous future.
