Leh, Jan 3, Jan. 3 -- The Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh Shri Kavinder Gupta today flagged off and felicitated the Ladakh Team comprising 33 youth participants and officials from the Union Territory who are proceeding to Delhi to take part in the "Viksit Bharat - Young India Dialogue" under the National Youth Festival 2026. The programme aims to provide a national platform for youth to share ideas and contribute to the vision of a developed India.
