Srinagar, Sep 8, Sept. 9 -- President Droupadi Murmu Tuesday assigned Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Vinai Kumar Saxena to discharge the functions of the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir during the absence on leave of incumbent J&K Lt Governor Manoj Sinha. According to a Press Communique issued by the President's Secretariat, Saxena will hold the additional charge of the Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor's office alongside his existing responsibilities as Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh."The President of India is pleased to appoint Shri Vinai Kumar Saxena, Lt.
