Kupwara, Jan 31, Feb. 1 -- Serious allegations of prolonged postings, nepotism, and administrative irregularities have been raised against the Assistant Director (AD) Office of the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) Department in Kupwara. A formal complaint has been submitted to the Director FCS&CA, Jammu and Kashmir, by a social activist on behalf of aggrieved Assistant Storekeepers (ASKs). The complaint alleges that despite government policy mandating periodic rotation of employees, several officials have remained posted at the AD Office Kupwara for six to seven years, resulting in administrative stagnation.
