Kulgam, October 26, Oct. 26 -- Kulgam Police have traced a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run incident and arrested its alleged driver within two hours, using CCTV footage and technical evidence to establish leads in the case. According to police, the incident occurred on October 25 when a vehicle, allegedly being driven at high speed, hit a load carrier, leaving its occupants seriously injured. The injured were initially taken to a nearby hospital and later referred to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag due to the severity of their injuries.
