Kiphire, Aug 24, Aug. 25 -- A youth-focused drug-awareness programme was organised at Agape Higher Secondary School, Kiphire, as part of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, with an emphasis on collective responsibility, awareness and active community participation in combating substance abuse. The district-level campaign, organised by Akehda Amulung with support from a formation under the Spear Corps, brought together around 180 students, who participated in a range of competitions centred on drug awareness and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.The programme sought to engage young people directly in conversations around the dangers of drug abuse and encourage them to become ambassadors of a drug-free society.
