Srinagar, Aug. 11 -- J&K Sees Heavy Rainfall, MeT Warns of Intense Showers, Flash Floods Srinagar, Aug 11: Jammu and Kashmir received significant rainfall over the past 24 hours, with Kathua KVK recording the highest rainfall of 156 mm, followed by Jammu at 79 mm, Katra at 71 mm and Samba at 55 mm, the Meteorological Department said. The MeT Centre Srinagar said light to moderate rain and thundershowers are likely at many places on August 11 and 12.
