Srinagar, October 28, Oct. 28 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police have intensified inspections of commercial establishments dealing in regulated materials across multiple districts to prevent unauthorised sales and the possible misuse or diversion of sensitive supplies. The inspection drive has covered fertilizer, pesticide, chemical, seed and hardware shops, along with other businesses requiring regulatory oversight. Police teams have also checked SIM-card vendors and certain online service providers as part of the preventive measures.
