Srinagar, Mar 10, March 11 -- As a part of its sustained efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs from society, Police arrested 03 drug peddlers in Baramulla & Shopian and recovered contraband substances from their possession. In Baramulla, a police party of Police Station Tangmarg, during naka checking at Chanpora Crossing near the Forest Range Office in Tangmarg intercepted a vehicle (Tata Sumo) bearing registration number JK09-7104 with 02 persons onboard. Upon search, 08 grams of a brown sugar-like substance was recovered from the possession of the occupants. They have been identified as Zahid Ahmad Mir son of Gh.
