Srinagar, Oct. 26 -- In a significant action against drug menace, J&K Police arrested 02 drug peddlers in Pulwama & Shopian and recovered contraband substances from their possession. In Pulwama, a police party led by SHO Police Station Kakapora at a checkpoint established at Pahoo Gundipora Crossing intercepted a vehicle (i-10) bearing registration number JK01N/5539. The driver has been identified as Bilal Ahmad Sofi, son of Abdul Rehman Sofi, resident of Summerbug Lasjan. During checking, 41 grams of Charas like contraband substance was recovered from dash box of the vehicle.
