Srinagar, Sep 24, Sept. 24 -- The Meteorological Department has forecast mostly dry weather across Jammu and Kashmir over the next two days, followed by a short spell of wet weather in some areas from September 27. As per the latest forecast, September 25 and 26 are expected to remain largely dry. Weather may turn cloudy on September 27 and 28, with light rain at a few places. Higher elevations could receive light snowfall, while thunder and gusty winds are also possible. A few areas may witness brief rainfall on September 29 and 30. The weather is expected to become mainly dry again on October 1 and 2.
