Jammu, October 9, Oct. 9 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Thursday said Jammu and Kashmir has the talent, educational institutions and supporting ecosystem required to emerge as a global hub for technology and knowledge-based industries. The Chief Minister made the remarks while virtually addressing the J&K Global Capability Centres (GCCs) Summit 2026 at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu. The two-day summit has been organised by IIM Jammu in collaboration with the Jammu and Kashmir Government and NASSCOM.
