Srinagar, Aug 5, Aug. 6 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted Union Territory and district-level committees for implementing the UT Disability Fund, aimed at streamlining financial assistance for persons with disabilities across the Union Territory.The decision was notified through Government Order No. 1333-JK(GAD) of 2026, issued by the General Administration Department on August 4, by the order of the Lieutenant Governor.The UT-level Governing Body/Approval Committee will be headed by the Administrative Secretary, Social Welfare Department.
