Srinagar, Oct 22, Oct. 22 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Government has directed all administrative departments and concerned authorities to ensure the timely submission of replies, affidavits and compliance reports in pending court cases, particularly contempt petitions, warning that delays may lead to accountability being fixed on the officers responsible. The directions have been issued by the Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs to strengthen the government's representation before courts and tribunals and ensure compliance with judicial orders within the stipulated time.
