Srinagar, Oct 1, Oct. 2 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Thursday held detailed consultations with Vice Chancellors of universities and senior officials of the Higher Education Department to explore the creation of a Multiversity ecosystem in Jammu and Kashmir.
