Srinagar, May 13 -- Jammu and Kashmir has been recognised as a "High Performer" in the prestigious Logistics Ease Across Different States (LEADS) 2025 Report, released today by Union Minister for Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal at a function held at Vanijya Bhawan, New Delhi. The achievement marks a significant progression for Jammu and Kashmir, which was placed in the "Aspirers" category among Union Territories till 2023 and subsequently recognised as a "Fast Mover" in 2024.
