Srinagar, Nov 02, Nov. 3 -- Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir, Sujit Kumar, on Monday chaired a comprehensive review meeting on the Srinagar City security grid and directed the officers to strengthen it in line with winter security strategy.
